​​In these Terms and Conditions “we” & “our” & “us” mean KZ Invitations, ABN 32 216 424 781

and “client” & “you” means you the customer.  Together with your order the entire Contract between KZ Invitations and you constitutes of these Terms and Conditions for the purpose of supply of our products and/or our services. No other Terms and Conditions will apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless KZ Invitations agree to vary it in writing or by email.

PRICING

​

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed are in Australian dollars (AUD). KZ invitations reserves the right to change prices without notice, unless otherwise stated. Quotes are valid for thirty (30) days.​​

PAYMENT METHODS & PROCESSING

​

All online orders are to be paid at checkout. KZ Invitations accepts credit/debit card payments, PayPal & PayPal Pay in 4 and Afterpay. All custom orders can be paid in the same way with an addition of direct bank transfer. PayPal payments for custom orders will incur a 3% surcharge.

PROOFING

​

Clients are responsible to thoroughly check all spelling, grammar, punctuation, artwork, details, layout, guest names, dates and all other aspects of the invitations/stationery is correct at the final proof (approval). Proof approval is the sole responsibility of the customer. The printing process starts after proof approval and final payment (this may or may not exclude shipping).

 

SHIPPING

Shipping prices are finalised on the completion of your order. KZ Invitations can give an estimate to the client prior to the order being completed, however these quotes are subject to change due to the final weight and/or size of the order and ever changing postage prices. KZ Invitations will not accept responsibility for delays by the postage companies engaged. Third parties are responsible for shipping orders and KZ invitations take no responsibility for the actions of third parties. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

For all international orders please contact us so we may accommodate you. Our international orders are usually posted with DHL. Shipping times vary and depending on the country the order is being sent to. The order is subject to a certain delay by the countries Customs. Clients must allow time in their order for the goods to clear Customs. KZ Invitations will not be held responsible for any delays by Customs. Any costs to the client by Customs will be payable by the client. It is the clients responsibility to check these costs prior to placing an order with KZ Invitations. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

ONLINE ORDERS:

Items purchased from our ready made range (items that are not personalised or made to order) are usually shipped within the same or next business day of online purchase. Online orders will incur a 10% restocking fee for cancelled orders prior to item being shipped. Once an item is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Online orders from our ready made range can be returned under the conditions that all items are new, undamaged and come in their original packaging with tags on. You must contact us and return your order within 14 days from receipt. For returned products we will provide store credit. Credit will not be issued for the postage cost previously paid for your order. The return postage is also solely at the expense of the customer.

MADE TO ORDER / PERSONALISED ITEMS:

Within the first 12 hours after a online purchase, all personalised orders can be canceled without repercussion. Once the 12 hours have passed the order can only be cancelled if we have not commenced working on it and/or we have not ordered any necessary materials for it. In this case we can only offer store credit for the total amount minus a 10% cancellation fee.

Personalised items are made to order and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS:

When paying your deposit you must understand that you are agreeing and are legally bound to the Terms and Conditions stated in the invoice so please read them carefully. Once you have paid the deposit we allow a 24 hour cooling off period for change of mind and cancellation of your order. All orders become final after the 24 hours from payment and therefore you will NOT receive a refund if your order is cancelled. If you cancel your order before the 24 hours have passed you will receive a refund however you will be charged a cancellation fee of 15% from the total amount of the order. 

 

Should you request to cancel the order after the 24 hours have passed, KZ Invitations reserves the right to seek compensation for time, material and labour. 

Order cancelation will not be accepted after the approval of final proofs.

YOUR RIGHTS TO RETURN A PRODUCT

​

Online orders from our ready made range can be returned under the conditions that:

(i) The order is new, unused/unworn, and in the original packaging with tags included
(ii) The order is returned within 14 days of receipt
(iii) The order was not purchased on final sale

You must contact us and return your order within 14 days of receipt. Returned products will not be refunded, we will provide store credit only. Credit will not be issued for the postage cost previously paid for your order. The return postage is also solely at the expense of the customer. To return an order you MUST contact us first so we can provide you a form and return postage details. Orders posted without a return form may not be accepted. 

 

All personalised items are made to order and therefore cannot be returned or refunded. Gift cards may not be returned. No refund/credit will be provided for orders placed with errors, incorrect text, incorrect colour choice or spelling mistakes once they are processed.

LIMITED TIMEFRAME

TO CLAIM PRODUCT RETURN​

You have 14 days to notify KZ Invitations of an issue regarding a delivery. Please open and inspect your purchase items in detail and notify us immediately if there are any issues. Claims outside of the 14 days’ period will not be considered.

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS - CUSTOM ORDERS

INVITATIONS  &  CUSTOM ORDERS:

KZ Invitations will provide a refund or reprint the product at our own cost under these following circumstances:

1. Production error – including faulty printing such as blurred lettering, insufficient ink application or incorrect hand assembly.

2. The invitation received differs from the final proof agreed upon by the client.

3. Product delivered is different from the one ordered. 

If any of the above occur, clients must inform KZ Invitations immediately of the error and provide photos of the error. KZ Invitations will make arrangements with the client for the return of the item. Unless otherwise stated, items to be returned will be sent back to KZ Invitations via standard post. Items that have been replaced are still subject to the same Terms and Conditions listed.

 

Under the following circumstances, KZ Invitations will NOT provide a full refund and/or reprint free of charge;

1. Delays in delivery from third party carriers/couriers.

2. Colour discrepancy/difference – Invitations made by KZ Invitations are hand made and as such should be treated as an artwork in itself. No two are the same. Hand painted, hand dyed accessories or papers are subject to colour differences and are NOT an error. Print colour discrepancies, unless outside of the reasonable acceptance threshold of 20% do NOT warrant a refund and/or reprint.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD

​

Payments made to KZ Invitations for a good or service go through a third party. The third party used for payments to KZ Invitations will either be PayPal & Pay in 4, Afterpay, Klarna or Westpac for direct money transfers. These third parties employ their own security software for processing payments and KZ Invitations cannot guarantee against credit card fraud. KZ Invitations will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner by using these third parties to process payments to KZ Invitations.

As all of our works are original art works and are hand made in Australia, all of our designs are protected by Copyright © and cannot be copied, reproduced, recreated or duplicated in part or in whole and must not be resold without our written authorisation. KZ Invitations reserves all rights to the designs.
