Postage TIMES

All items are posted through Australia Post. Postage cost is calculated based on your order. 

Postage times:
 

​STANDARD POSTAGE (Please allow 3-8 business days for delivery)

EXPRESS POSTAGE (Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery)

MELBOURNE DELIVERY (Usually 1-2 business days)

We offer local delivery for large or delicate orders. You can select local delivery at checkout or contact us for more information.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE For all international orders please contact us so we may accommodate you. Our international orders are usually posted with DHL.

Returns POLICY

All personalised products are exempt from being returned. Gift cards may not be returned.

Non personalised items may be returned as long as:

– The order is new, unused/unworn, and in the original packaging with tags included
– The order is returned within 14 days of receipt
– The order was not purchased on final sale

Damaged  IN TRANSIT?

All of our items whether personalised or not are posted with insurance. In the rare case that an item arrives damaged in transit please ensure to take photos and contact us ASAP. Please keep the original packaging as it will be required for a final inspection by the carrier. Items damaged in transit will be replaced or refunded. 

All of our items are inspected prior to postage to ensure the best quality. If you suspect that an item that is damaged and/or has been missed by our team please get in touch with us and we will endeavour to correct any error as soon as possible.
