Our online store offers items made to order and a ready made range. Processing times vary depending on the product. Please see our guide below:
READY MADE RANGE - Are usually posted the same day or next day.
MADE TO ORDER - Items such as our acrylic hearts and personalised cards are made to order and usually post within 6 business days.
PERSONALISED ITEMS - Items such as personalised boxes are usually posted out within 5 business days
Invitation ORDERS
We offer a range of beautiful invitations with production times depending on the collection. Production times start from the moment the design is finalised and we are able to start creating. Below is a guide for all collections:
SIGNATURE COLLECTION 4-6 weeks.
24K GOLD + GENUINE SILVER 6 -10 weeks.
HAND PAINTED 6 -10 weeks.
HAUTE Experience - The Haute Experience is a design process where we work with you to design your dream invitations. Although we may be able to adjust to a shorter timeline we recommend allowing 3-4 months in order to entirely enjoy and make complete use of this amazing opportunity.
If you need your order completed sooner please contact us as we may be able to accomodate for your timeframe.
Christening ITEMS
You are welcome to shop our existing range in the online store. If you wish to further personalise a design, or wish to make a custom order please see processing times below:

On The Day STATIONERY
Our On The Day Stationery is designed and created individually for each event in order to best fit in with all decor and colours. Processing time can differ depending on the size and complexity of each order, below is a guide for all items.
