Customers have five business days upon receiving the goods to contact KZ Invitations and request a refund/replacement for damaged or faulty goods only. Replacement/refunds will not be given for change of mind, only for damaged or faulty goods. KZ Invitations can be contacted via email or through our contact page www.KZInvitations.com.au. Customers will receive a full refund/replacement once the goods have been received by KZ Invitations. KZ Invitations will not cover return postage costs for damaged or faulty goods. Returned goods will only be refunded/replaced if they are in an unused and unopened condition. Opened or used goods do not qualify for a full refund/replacement. KZ Invitations reserves the right to refuse a refund/replacement for goods that have been returned in any other condition other than new, unused and/or undamaged. KZ Invitations reserves the right to refuse a refund/replacement if customers return the goods before contacting KZ Invitations.
